New features in Release 1.06 - Negative Stock (Customized) Report Negative Stock Report udi-Magic v2.0 Release 1.06 incorporates a new feature called "Tally Reports". Right now, only one Report (i.e. Negative Stock) is available under this option. First, let us have a look at the Tally software Negative Stock report. Negative Stock Report in Tally Software You can access the Negative Stock Report in Tally using the following option:- "Gateway of Tally -> Display -> Exception Reports -Negative Stock" The Negative Stock report in Tally list all Stock-items having Negative stock. However, the limitation with this report is that it lists only those Stock-items which have negative balance on the last date. Assuming you have specified the period as 1-4-2007 to 31-3-2008, the Report displays Stock-items which have negative balance on 31-3-2008. What is this ID and why is it required ? To identify records in any Database, a key field (also known as primary key-field) is required. This key-field contains unique values.
