Free Support Services period - Why 90 days and not 1 year ?
Why the FREE Support period is only for 90 days and not 1 Year ? - Often Customers ask us this question. (PS: In most of the cases, the question is raised only after expiry of the 90 days). This post is an attempt to put forth our views on this subject matter. Shweta Softwares launched its products and tools for Tally Integration in 2007. Since then (i.e. from the very first day), we have been following the same policy i.e. FREE Support Services with product sale for 90 days . After 90 days, the Customer must go for AMC if they need support services.This is mentioned clearly at our web-site http://www.rtslink.com/orderinfo.html On 18th March, 2011, an email was sent by Tally Solutions, Bangalore to all their Partners.
