Fixes : Invalid Pointer error
After importing data in Tally, when we open another Company in Tally and then reimport data into it, an error 'Invalid Pointer' message appears. This has been rectified now.

Added the following New columns :
- IsIneligibleForInputCredit (Column FJ)
- IsReverseChargeApplicable (Column FK)
