• Upgradation of udi-Magic v3.0 / v4.0 to udi-Magic v7.0 has been discontinued since 1/1/2017. Users are required to buy new license of udi-Magic, if they wish to use the new features/version.
• No support (telephonic, email, or otherwise) shall be available for udi-Magic v3.0 / v4.0.

Email intimations about the same were sent on 3rd Dec 2016 and 29th Dec 2016 to the email ids  registered with us at the time of buying udi-Magic (or updated by the users thereafter).

To verify or update your email ids registered with us, login using the underneath link and select tab/option "Update email".

Free Support Services & Upgrades w.e.f 1/1/2017

All udi-Magic licenses purchased on or after 1st Jan., 2017  will include Free Support Services & Upgrades for a period 365 days. Free upgrades includes both minor and major Software upgrades.

Support is provided using Ticket system. For any help / assistance, open a ticket.

Remarks:
Earlier, the "Free support services & upgrades" period was 90 days.
